I've had a few good aides over the last 3 years for my mom...but in between that most do not do what is required on the personal care sheet that is set up by unlimited care . The last 3 aides we had ... two of them sat on their phone most of the day ...that last one was there 3 days and now we are missing personal property. Seek other agencies.
I’m here waiting on and aid that should of been here at 8 and now it’s 11.30 that’s unlimited care for you
the worst ever. on two occasions aids did not show up for their shift. they did not know how to take care of my dying wife. i had to school them on what to do. i did complain on two occasions and nothing changed . they were short handed that the aids did double shifts. one one occasion when the agency called me to inform me that an aid couldn't make their shift i had to find someone on my own. on the last day, that my wife died it was like the angles sent me an aid that knew how to care for her and have her die with dignity ... read more
