Very inconsistent hours of operation that feels like a scam. Pay for the membership but can never seem to find them open during the listed hours of operation. They close super early and open super late. What is the purpose of having a schedule if you cannot commit to it?
I signed up for unlimited washes for 49.99 a month… Because online it says they close at 6:30 every time I try to get a car wash there at about 5:45 they’re always closed. I just went into the store and the lady tells me they close at 5:30. I wasted $50 on this place.
This place is awful. The guy taking the car barely speaks English and doesn’t understand the term “wash mats”. They charged me $10 to vacuum my car when i got full service and then gonna say the vacuum is only for the front of the car. I had to ask them to clean the back windows, just don’t even waste your money. They need to do better.
