Dr Heidi was so very kind & patient. She let us take as long as we needed to say goodbye to our sweet girl. She has so much compassion for you & your pet while going through such a difficult time.
This was my first time having to put one of my dogs down, and after losing my husband 2 years ago, I knew it would be hard. I had heard that there were some vets who would come to your home, so I called my vet who referred me to Unleashed. I did not do any research, simply sent a text and set the appointment. To my surprise, Dr. Heidi was so so so amazing. She is so kind and tender, she allowed us to take our time and did not rush us one bit. When I have to go through this again, Heidi will be my go to.
