I can not thank Dr Falk for her out of the box thinking .After moving back to ct my mastiff was bombarded with all the environmental allergies again. It took a while( he was covered with pustules and sores ) but everything is all healed & I haven’t found any spots yet this season. Great Dr and easy to get an apt.
Dr Falk and her staff are incredible! My bulldog suffers from allergies (shocking) and it wasn’t until my vet suggested visiting Dr Falk that we finally found a resolve. Dr Falk knew exactly what was going on with my dog and has successfully treated him. His allergies are under control and I will forever be grateful! Dr Falk is well worth the drive should you be coming from NYC or surrounding areas. I can not praise her enough.
Your call will go to voicemail every single time and you’re unable to make appointments for multiple pets at the same time or even same day, which is inconvenient if you live a long distance away. Good luck playing phone tag with them and finding an appointment that isn’t booked out for months.
I took my fat cat with a wonky face and FIV to this place to get his ear canal evaluated. Let me tell you something, I walked in as an average dude, and I walked out with INTIMATE knowledge of my cat's inner ear. They are prompt, informative, and reassuring.
