Totally disappointed in this waited a while to get in with my cat with a bad ear infection and right from day one they failed. Terrible communication with the doctor and wrong diagnosis and lack of even acknowledging prior vet diagnosis of current infection. Loaded me up with meds for allergies and out the door. Thats not why i was even referred to them. Totally disappointing and my cat suffered for it
