Dr. Summer Enos was very rude during our visit and the staff are not very well trained at approaching and holding dogs. Our dog needs a minute to allow strangers to approach and their rooms are very small so three people in the room is a tight fit. The tech went straight for her head and tried to grab her so our dog backed off scared and instead of correcting the tech how to properly hold and approach a skittish dog, the doctor said “I’m not getting bit so either muzzle her or get out”
