We've been going to this gym for several years and love it! There are several classes throughout the day for all different skill levels. The workouts are crossfit type workouts in a whole class setting. Everyone is working out together, doing the same workout at the same time. The owner/coach Tambra is great to work with and makes sure that everyone is working to the best of their ability while still staying safe and having fun. Excellent and positive environment with great Coaches. Highly recommend as its helped me to stay motivated
