Initially I started a Unleashed Performance 6 week course and it was perfect for me, I learned how to use the equipment correctly, the classes took the guess-work out of training, the trainers have been so knowledgable, motivating and patient and the other members have been incredibly supportive. I highly recommend this gym! The classes, the trainers & community are all excellent! 10/10 Thank you!

I’ve recently started at Unleashed Performance and I’m loving it. The training sessions are hard, but manageable, and really enjoyable. The trainers are great and motivational. It’s a welcoming crowd. Highly recommend!

Unleashed performance is the best gym I have ever trained at the set up in there is absolutely awesome the coaches are so friendly and helpful. I recommend this place highly you want a change make it happen at Unleashed performance. Thank you to all the coaches you are doing an awesome job. My results are a prime example.
