I never write reviews but this gym deserves recognition. I had an issue with my day pass that was solved immediately even though they aren’t staffed. Very prompt and timely owners who clearly care about lifting and the community around it. I travel a lot as I have a lot of friends in different colleges and this is by far the best gym in North Carolina. I travel a lot for work and visit a lot of gyms. This one has been my favorite by far. Great equipment, plenty of space and very clean. Everything was top notch! Couldn't recommend this place enough

I was visiting Wilmington to see my daughter play volleyball. Much to my delight I found this gem. Unbelievably clean and aesthetically beautiful facility which has every toy a strength or physique athlete would want. Dylan was very welcoming on the phone and in person. The friendly atmosphere extended to the regulars there as well. I need an excuse to get back to Wilmington!
I travel and drop into a lot of different gyms. This is hands down the cleanest gym with the largest variety of equipment. Well done!
