we've been to this place before and its been amazing, but we recently took our playful bernedoodle there to be groomed and he came back frantic and paranoid. He would pace the floor for hours looking worried and in a panic. Also, we noticed that after he returned from Unleashed, he could not wag or move his tail. We will have to take him to the vet for this injury. We were surprised by this because we have never had problems with Unleashed before.
