Your employee literally never acknowledged my presence as she was too busy on a phone call on her personal cell, unless you provide cell phones for your employee. The only other interaction I had with her was her making me wait while she talked to a dog owner OUTSIDE THE STORE while I waited INSIDE the store to make a purchase. If I could link the picture I took of her, I would. Better customer service ordering the item on Amazon- the delivery driver at least knocks...Not… See more
This is my family's new go to pet store. They're atttentive, caring, and involved in the community. Can't wait to go back.
