Their vaccination clinic is nightmareish. The first place I went was running 30+minutes behind schedule due to people not showing up. The second shot I came for, waited in line and then was told that I was “late” because I was waiting in line to check in. The vet, and the people working with them were combative, defensive, and rude when we disagreed on how long I was waiting. Never go to the vaccination clinics unless you have no other option. They’re over priced and rude.
I bought something here, I needed to break a $5, the worker said they couldn't make change due to their "policy". I recommend you having a sign that states this instead of it being a surprise. Most stores can make change, especially if you purchased something!

Great selection, staff friendly and helpful and very clean. It's not a bargain store so I'd make sure you look for deals prior. But if that's no issue for you then five star for you.
I found this Self Wash place via Petco’s own locator on the website and no where, anywhere does it say Self Wash closes at 5:30pm. Friday, rush hour traffic after my dog sits in a muddy puddle, at 5:50pm an apologetic employee explains it’s closed to me. Why is it impossible to communicate this online
