Unleashed is fantastic. All the staff is very knowledgeable. If you have any issues, they have no problem with you returning products. My overall experience has been perfect.

I was unhappy with the staff here nine months ago or so. I felt talked down to, scolded and (this will sound petty) I missed how the associates always said "Hi!" when I walked in the door. I complained — on yelp? I can't remember where. I don't know if that had anything to do with the turnaround, but the store is again my favorite.
