Call to book a safety on Wednesday for Friday, tells me to be there before 4pm. I showed up at 3pm in the pouring rain & no one is there.. I tried to call .. no answer.. no call back.. Very unprofessional.. Had to drive 30 mins back in the rain empty handed... Will not be going going back and will refer other local mechanics from now on..
