Absolutely love these products! The soap, body wash and hand wash all smell divine. Love the charities they support with their sales. Great customer service too.
I had ordered two containers of liquid handwash online. However, I changed my mind. To my annoyance I was unable to delete the items from the shopping cart. There has been many emails to Unlabelled and from them. It was escalated to me receiving a rather blunt email from the Founder. I was again advised to go to the shopping cart and delete the items, instead of being frustrated. There was little thought with regards to the possibility that the fault lies with their software!
