DO NOT PARK HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID. This garage charged me for two days when I was there for max 2 hours. I attempted to speak to staff (Simon) to get assistance and he was dismissive, did not want to help me in fact said that he was not there to help me, and accused me of not using an exit and instead using an entrance (???) and that the receipt I had was not my receipt. and here I am writing a review for a parking garage....

Want to get trapped in a parking garage? This is the place for you! Let me preface by saying that there are an ungodly amount of signs that state “please pay before exit” with multiple machines to pay that reiterate you must pay before you exit. So, when I arrived back at the garage to leave, I went to a machine (surround by 5 signs reiterating that I must pay before exit). I inserted my ticket then my card. The worst customer service and people I’ve ever experienced on a regularly basis in this garage. It was pouring rain, I left my pass in my purse across the street at the restaurant on accident. I politely asked the attendant if he could look up my account. It’s mandatory for them to have my license plate on file. Man REFUSED to look up my name and pass to let me through so I didn’t have to walk back. They also accused my coworker one time of stealing a pass.
