Great garage but lost a star because the elevators seem to be out frequently, right next to all the handicap spaces. this is a public garage, Montgomery county really needs to get on this quickly and if the elevator doesn't work, you should have very exquisite signage directing people that need the elevator to a working elevator. otherwise you need to start having a walking lane. notated where the cars drive in and out of the garage.
This garage is frustrating to work with. They have outdated equipment and will nickel and dime you for everything. My friend parked their car at 5:00pm. We paid to get the car out around 9pm, but on the way out, I backed into a concrete pillar. The car ended up stuck there until the next morning when we were able to get a tow truck in around 10:30am. So the car was there for ~17.5 hours. I had left my "parking ticket stub" at home and when the tow truck tried to leave, they said that we have to pay to get the car out. I told... read more

Nov. 2023 Easy parking and exit to street
Very upset today to find that both elevators were out of service and there was no sign alerting people before entering the garage. Nor was there a sign at the elevator lobby! After parking in a Handicap space I had to struggle up the steps to the street level. I don't believe we should have to pay for parking with this extreme inconvenience.
