I am a disabled veteran. The VA ordered a Hamar Lift and Pride Scooter for me through this organization. We went to the location when the order was placed. Myself being an engineer involved with electric vehicles for 40 years requested to have an aux. battery on my vehicle to operate the lift. That wasn't an issue to have it installed would be $750.00 extra. 4 weeks go by, I haven't had a phone call so we decided to drop in to get progress report.
