Not a serious company in any sense. It saddens me to write this, but do not trust this company. They will ignore all warranty calls, and ignore promises they make to you. They habitually proffer any excuse to make it seem like they will honor the warranty, but it takes ten to fifteen days of haggling, calling, and reminding them to pick up the phone. They ignore you when speaking, much like a teleprompter conversation, and talk over you nonstop. Do not trust this company. I’m sorry.
Absolutely Horrible Service – Beware! I rarely leave reviews, but this company has been beyond frustrating. Something is wrong with my AC, and I’ve called multiple times asking for help. Every time, they promise to send someone out – and no one ever shows up. They keep saying they’ll call me back, and that never happens either. It feels like I’m being completely ignored. Installed a brand new AC. They used cheap aluminum parts and started ghosting me 8 months later when the AC stopped working. Garbage company that started yelling at me when I voiced concerns and frustrations over the necessary repairs. Stay away. They will cause more damage and harm than their price is worth.
I did deal for my 4 homes. They are professionals and reliable. Always take care after. Highly recommended this company
