I purchased an AC from them a few months back and due to the poor installation, ice build up occurred in my furnace (the refigerant was leaking). My new furnace got damaged, and this company took absolutely no responsibility for their shoddy work. I tried multiple times to call them but they either ignored my calls or just said they’d get back to me, which they never did. Beware of these CONS - I got the AC installed last Jun 2024 with 2 years warranty for parts & labour. This year in Jul 2025, AC stopped running due to leakage and freezing around ducts. I sent them all the documents providing proof of warranty etc. Then I tried calling them followed by 50+ messages on whatsapp and facebook messenger. But they will not reply.
