I've been a long time member and long time guest to your property, Holiday inn Buena Park, CA. I am completely floored that no one took my concerns into consideration. The security guard that was sent to my room to fix my tv smelled like marijuana, was giving me the looks, and couldn't fix my TV. When he left I immediately called back to the front desk and voiced my concerns letting them know of my discomfort, he was completely inappropriate, and smelled like marijuana. What did they do?
