Frank the service supervisor is knowledgeable and professional. Support staff in the office is great as well.
Haven't receive my refund that I was promised for a part that was advertised as one thing and ended up being a completely different part and when I questioned it they tried to cover up their mistake by changing the photo on their website from what they said they were selling to the part I then received. There was more happened after that but I don't want to bore anyone with details... Yet!
