Worked with Ben to purchase a couple of inverters. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of multiple units and was very knowledgeable on the different products.
Very versatile power solution. Portable, and with numerous ways of keeping it charged. Chris is very helpful and answered all my electrically uneducated questions regarding the incorporation of solar panels, gas generators, and even wind turbines. I cold called looking for repair on our inverter today. The owner explained that he no longer services these but makes his own product. However, he immediately sent me names of businesses to contact and said if those didn’t work out, to call back. Best (non)customer service I’ve encountered in years! If I have an application for his product, you bet I’ll be on the phone to him!
We purchased batteries and inverters from Univix to provide critical backup for our farm, The team at Univix was extremely helpful and we have been very pleased with the performance of the inverters, they are definitely built better than anything we have seen.
