Product dead within warranty. Silence through both solar installer/reseller and Univix, despite multiple attempts at contact. Seems like they've moved their product line to other items. Real shame, because I was proud to buy local and tell my personal network about the company. I'll keep doing that. It's not a good feeling to have your electricity cut out, to go check your battery, and have your basement smell of acrid electrical smell, but I had the pleasure of that not once but twice with a $12,000 Univix battery. Worked with Ben to purchase a couple of inverters. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of multiple units and was very knowledgeable on the different products.

Very versatile power solution. Portable, and with numerous ways of keeping it charged. Chris is very helpful and answered all my electrically uneducated questions regarding the incorporation of solar panels, gas generators, and even wind turbines. Reliable with my current PV array and no problems thus far. Thanks,

I cold called looking for repair on our inverter today. The owner explained that he no longer services these but makes his own product. However, he immediately sent me names of businesses to contact and said if those didn’t work out, to call back. Best (non)customer service I’ve encountered in years! If I have an application for his product, you bet I’ll be on the phone to him!

We purchased batteries and inverters from Univix to provide critical backup for our farm, The team at Univix was extremely helpful and we have been very pleased with the performance of the inverters, they are definitely built better than anything we have seen.
