Attention to all drivers of lyft and uber I want to inform you that auto insurance called (Imperial Fire and Casualty Insurance Company, and when you enter the internet to pay for the page that is called National General) DO NOT PAY NOTHING if you do uber or lyft although your accident is not related to the work of uber or lyft, as I am happening to me and they DID NOT TELL ME when I made the policy with them through Univista Insurance. Horrible run while you can these people are a joke. Marelys Ramos is the worst agent all she does is lie. This company needs training from Geico and statefarm on work ethics and professionalism. Marelys Ramos on 8th street deserves the worst insurance agent award. I can’t wait to see these people go out of business. They really suck. Wish I could give negative stars
Worst insurance company on the market stay away from them. Marelys Ramos she doesn’t know what professionalism is or what it stands for. This company is a JOKE; pay a little more and get quality with Statefarm or Geico atleast they hire people with work ethics. Marelys is the WORST AGENT AND LIES RUN WHILE YOU CAN!!!!! If I could give them negative 0 stars that’s what they deserve cant wait until they are left with no clients and close down.
Very unprofessional office. Barely any English is spoken only ghetto Spanish and not correct spanish. I’m not sure how a viable insurance company can operate in a manner as such.
