Tanya is in my regard the best Nurse Practitioner I have ever met. Her demeanour is caring and kind. Her questions are warm and without superiority as a few medics can be. She is also incredibly punctual, a rarity these days. I have never felt in better hands. But the main and most important point is that you are the total focus and she genuinely cares.
The Nurses and Staff are excellent. Prompt and courteous care. The phone in service and the on hold wait times are terrible. You can call in and be next in line and wait 20 minutes! I had a dropped call so I called back right away. on hold for 15 minutes and when it was answered my nurse was busy with another client of course, I knew that was going to happen. Would be nice if they recognized that and called me back. Tried to call to cancel appointment several times and never got through. extremely frustrating. Great place if... read more
