Nicest employees ever!!! so so sweet
I left this bank because of inferior customer service at this branch a few years ago. I used the ATM today and was shorted $15. I went into the bank to inquire and the teller took the $285 I got to count. She conferred with other staff and copied my driver's licence. She directed me to sit in a chair while they audited the ATM. They could not estimate time required. It was clearly conveyed I wasn't a customer.
