I have been a customer since the late seventies, and yesterday was the first time a branch wouldn't cash a check. The reason, instead of the suffix Jr the check had 2. I don't use a suffix at all and the bank, including this branch , has cashed checks with this suffix. We had to drive to the Line Lexington office where the manager made an effort and called deposit services and got the ok to cash the check.
Nice atmosphere and warm & helpful tellers and managers. Best univest branch.
Nicest employees ever!!! so so sweet
I left this bank because of inferior customer service at this branch a few years ago. I used the ATM today and was shorted $15. I went into the bank to inquire and the teller took the $285 I got to count. She conferred with other staff and copied my driver's licence. She directed me to sit in a chair while they audited the ATM. They could not estimate time required. It was clearly conveyed I wasn't a customer.
