I stopped by the Vernfield (Harleysville area) branch in July and was greeted by Adam Marangoni from the Doylestown branch. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and assisted me in replacing my debit card. For anyone that has had to go through the process, it can be a headache - but Adam made it painless, expedient and even assisted me in telling me how to update my debit card linked to online accounts. He is an asset to Univest and the communities in which he serves!
Had a semi-involved transaction having to do with an estate for which I'm executor. MOST of the institutions I've had to conduct business with have had to make two or three phone calls and/or consult with their coworkers to figure out what to do, and then take an hour to do it. Amanda took no more than 20 minutes, did everything I needed done, and never broke stride. Thanks, Univest (and Amanda)
Such great customer service! Been a customer for about 10 yrs and had a huge mess with fraud on my account. Everyone at this office was super helpful. The BEST banking experiences.
