I have been a patient at this office for over two years, and unfortunately my experiences have been consistently disappointing. While the location is convenient, I would not recommend choosing this practice for important reproductive care, especially if you have complex concerns or are planning a pregnancy. I thought how bad could this be? Went in to get a test to see if I have PCOS and my doctor said since there’s no cure for it there is really no point of testing for it for you. I hadn’t been back since.
Should have listened to the bad reviews before finding out for myself.
Dr Cruden & her staff are absolutely amazing. I can't say enough good things about her & her staff. Very professional, caring and compassionate.
I highly recommend Dr. Cruden and her team. Every visit is met with warmth and professionalism, especially from Sam at the reception, who always makes me feel welcome and valued. Even when I've had disagreements with the medical team, they consistently listened to my concerns and made sure I felt supported throughout the process.
