I have had nothing but exceptional care! I am going through IVF and it is very stressful, but the entire staff at WVU has made this experience so much better. The staff at this location is stellar! I have been a patient at this office for over two years, and unfortunately my experiences have been consistently disappointing. While the location is convenient, I would not recommend choosing this practice for important reproductive care, especially if you have complex concerns or are planning a pregnancy. I thought how bad could this be? Went in to get a test to see if I have PCOS and my doctor said since there’s no cure for it there is really no point of testing for it for you. I hadn’t been back since.
Should have listened to the bad reviews before finding out for myself.
