Dr Cruden & her staff are absolutely amazing. I can't say enough good things about her & her staff. Very professional, caring and compassionate.
I highly recommend Dr. Cruden and her team. Every visit is met with warmth and professionalism, especially from Sam at the reception, who always makes me feel welcome and valued. Even when I've had disagreements with the medical team, they consistently listened to my concerns and made sure I felt supported throughout the process.

Should have an option for 0 stars. I decided to not listen to the reviews and boy I wish I did. Trying to call was nightmare. Save yourself the hassle and just avoid. I will be making the drive back to Frederick for my old OBGYN who actually know how to care for patients!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I called at least 3 times, left several messages just trying to get an appointment but these people WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK. Martinsburg office is the same way yet promise on the voicemail to return ALL calls in 24 to 48 hours. I believe they meant to say months. Don’t waste your time with WVU, Valley Health is much better.
