I explored many campus living options to find what was best for me, and UWalk undoubtedly stood out. As a confused student, the staff was incredibly friendly and made sure to explain every detail. Whenever I need help, I know the front desk staff will be there for me. Two people who especially stood out are Aidan and Gaby. I’ve gotten to know them by name because of how much they’ve helped me. With this level of service, I never want to move out!
i can’t not begin to express my disappointment with this complex. i paid 50 dollars for early move in and showed up today to move in. i got my key and went to my apartment. the door was cracked open and i entered a frankly inhospitable living space. one tenant was releasing but we (my two roomates and i) were under the impression that she was also new, and so we would be entering and sharing a living space together. Terrible housing complex. The gate literally never works and something is always going wrong. Also crazy expensive for a 4 bedroom. Manager also tried to say she could evict people without a notice which is not legal, according to the lease you have until the 30th to pay, she tried to intimidate and say she didn’t have to give notice at all. If you want to live close to campus choose someplace else
I made a review of this place and it seems to be deleted. Living here was a terrible experience. I got locked out of the apartment multiple times for hours because we had to use our phone to open the front door. Just don’t live here management was terrible.
