Do NOT recommend. I brought my 100% FUNCTIONAL volkswagen gti to the shop for a recall repair. The shop allegedly replaced the part, and 3 days after my fuel pump stopped working. The shop initially said they only replaced a sensor but they later acknowledged they had done more. They then charged almost 300 dollars to tell me what was broken and denied they touched the fuel pump. ‼️⚠️AVOID | DISHONEST ⚠️‼️ Worst mechanics in the city. Spent $7K with these jokers for them to fail to fix the issue. They’ll lie to your face while taking your money without doing any work.
I’ve always had very good service and help from this business. Their service team is very dedicated and helpful. I’ve worked with Austin and Summer several times for service appointments, and really appreciate their help. The service location is a quick turn can be a little tricky to find first time you arrive there, but it’s very conveniently located on Roosevelt. Waiting area has WiFi, snacks, and beverages.
Recently had a service and repair here. Things I like: (1) they provide loaner cars (2) they give you Lyft rides for free if they don’t have loaner car (3) they take videos and explain to you clearly what is wrong with the car (4) services people are friendly
