I was driving through ABQ and was having some alarming issues with my ‘06 Jetta so I reached out and texted Bob at 6 AM on a Saturday, hoping and praying for a response and some assistance. Bob called me and talked to me for 45+ minutes about the issues I was experiencing to no benefit of his own because I ended up not needing any work done. Truly awful experience. This shop had our ID4 for 2 weeks for issues around warranty/recall....got it back, issues all still there. Still not able to fast charge, internet in car not functional, issues with doors etc. No idea what they did with our vehicle over that time but it being there 2 weeks certainly did not address why we took it in.

They were very professional. They didn't add any random charges. They sent me a video going over everything they did. Overall good solid service

I received a quote for $1,900 for my car to get repaired, an 8 hour job turned into 4 weeks, and the bill came to $3,400. A few improvements I would make, they shouldn’t be giving customers an eta if they cannot stick to the time line. That is just bad customer service. They also shouldn’t be sending people estimated quotes that are like $1,500 below what the actual total cost is going to be especially when said customers have to rely on financing, and budgets.
