Got my crooked glasses fixed in a minute!
Iris was literally the best… I came in needing contacts ASAP and she had me in and out with contacts in less than an hour. Not to mention, it was my first time getting and wearing contacts so she had to do my fitting and teach me how to put them in and take them out which she was so kind about and super helpful! I’m the kind of person who doesn’t like things in my eyeball so that safe space was really important to me. I came in with an old pair of glasses that had broken arms. Even though the model has since been discontinued Benny went above and beyond trying to replace the arms for me. Unfortunately the frame snapped but he helped me find a new pair and even gave me a generous discount. As a student on a tight budget I really appreciate hoebunderstand and helpful he was
