The staff was very professional as nd personable. The most thorough eye exam I have had in recent memory. A wonderful experience.
The front desk representative was very friendly, and the team member who completed my pre-exams was excellent. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff member who brought paperwork into the exam room was not positive. He was very standoffish and seemed annoyed when I asked for clarification about the contact lens quote I received via text. I was surprised when he stated the charge would be $90 for contacts, so I asked what the fee included. His response felt dismissive, and he said it would be “minimized” at the front des... read more
