University Village is literally trash. The apartments are decades old, not upgraded and there is something always seriously bad in the apartment. Many have mold. smell, the bathrooms are disgusting because they are so old. My son’s bath tub has paint chipping all the time so he never feels clean. It is injustices to have parents paying for their children to stay in filth. It is truly shameful of UTD to consider University Village to be part of paid dormitory. It’s really awful from UTD.

No one answering the phones despite more than 5 employees there sitting on their rear ends Edit: Im back to say I don’t appreciate UV hours in the mornings especially since so many packages arrive outside on the uv office doorstep before 10am for the whole world to steal. So I have to go pick it up myself from the floor before work since it’s closed in the mornings. It often either feels like my packages are out open for thieves or held hostage by whatever broken system, hours, or bs policies housing has in place
