The neglect of residents they don't get taken to bathroom and the ones that can't feed themselves don't get fed regular a caregiver yells at them they never wash hands or clean tables when told the bosses they say none of your business you not allowed to talk to residents or their families place is not cleaned never put anyone you care about there
