I’ve only been to the Allison Road clinic once so far, but my experience with the doctor was excellent — attentive, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Unfortunately, the front desk experience was noticeably less positive. When I called to ask how follow-up phone appointments work, I was told simply, “the doctor will call,” with no indication of a timeframe. Called today, the doctors are great and I never have a bad experience with them, but the receptionist was very rude and condescending.
