I initially had a good experience living at University Village Fullerton (UVF) in 2022, but things went downhill fast. When I first moved in, the apartment was dirty despite them promising it would be cleaned. By 2023, I had new roommates assigned last minute who were messy and hard to live with, and management didn’t even provide accessible parking for two disabled residents, causing them to cancel their leases initially. so kind and fun always give out free stuff!!
I know some of these reviews are scary, but honestly, I've had a pretty good experience here. Despite being so close to the highway, it's never very noisy. The front desk ladies are very nice and are trying their best. The apartments themselves are pretty good, there hasn't been any major issues. The kitchen in some of them are kind of small, but tbh it ain't that bad. It's also nice because you're only paying for YOUR room.
