Horrible ! Horrible place to live in ! Worst nightmare came true. Once you sign the contract management will try and sabotage your every attempt to sublease or find a new person to replace you. They will be intentionally rude and scare away every potential subleaser, harass you to continue paying, they are cold-hearted and as previous renters have remarked "evil".
