This used to be a great place to live 5 years ago. The past two years it’s has gone down a whole lot. From the pool being closed, maintenance not getting done, losing the monthly exterminator, and the private security that used to walk the grounds from 10pm to 5am. They made this place feel safe. The computer room no longer has a printer or computers that are up to date. The office is now closed on weekends. The pool when it was open, was opened at 9am. So far I have been super impressed by the staff! I have not moved in yet, but was able to do all of my paperwork/signing/virtual touring online! It was so convenient and the staff reached out to me before I could contact them. Super excited to get moved in!
A good place to live for the amount of money they charge. I moved into an unfurnished apt and it was absolute crappy compared to the show room that they show you when they are trying to sell you the place. They are two different worlds. However, staff is friendly and was helpful with getting me a place in the middle of the summer and allowing me to move in early in the fall. The gym is not that impressive nor the clubhouse or pool. This is the worse place I have ever lived. Most people here are not students, just low income people who have and are turning the place into the ghetto. The employees who actually did their job and who where friendly and helpful have been fired. Replaced by people of incompetence. The security company who "patrols" the property is some of the worse I have ever seen. To top it off in the 6 months I have lived here there was a shooting, several cars have been vandalized or broken into. Only way I would ever move back in here i... read more
