Our experience living here was extremely disappointing. The overall living conditions were some of the worst we’ve encountered — from poor maintenance and unresponsive management to constant issues that were never properly addressed. Communication with the office was frustrating, and getting even basic repairs done took forever (if they happened at all). Horrible apartments period. Try your best to avoid this apartment at all costs. The manager watches everything you do like breathing! Expect a paper on your door every morning. If you want anything fixed, expect a bill for the fixing. The A/C doesn't work, they don't let you do anything. Ex: Ride a bike let alone a scooter. If they see your bike/scooter/belonging near your door, on the ground, or around your balcony dont expect it to be there the next day. They charge you extra for pets not to mention.
