ILLEGAL CLEANING FEES IN MIDDLE OF TENANCY, and VIOLATION OF RIGHT TO PEACE IN AGREEMENT. Management charged $500+ in cleaning fees in the middle of the year which is illegal and not required to be paid, and harasses by saying if we don’t pay they will take it out of rent which is ILLEGAL! Over priced, money hungry management. The more you try to delete my comments the more other students will be made aware of this scam. Terrible places, RTA has been made aware and will come for an inspection.

Overall Uni Village was a great choice for my first year at Griffith University. The accommodation is within walking distance of campus, and the complex was always quiet which made it ideal for studying. The facilities were consistently clean and well maintained by the management. Having my own bathroom was a huge bonus and the kitchen was spacious and practical. The manager was polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this student accommodation.
