I love the environment that is around university river Village. Also the manger and co-workers are all friendly an willing to work with you and actually care for there residents.
URV is great! Awesome location and friendly staff!
And they wanted to know why I don't want to live here anymore. At 10pm and there was a construction crew out front ripping up asphalt making a ridiculous amount of noise, which is a criminal violation of the Sacramento Civil Code. July CANNOT come any faster. *NOTE: they deleted my first review.
