Location and amenities are fairly good, but management is not great, which makes living here a bit of an ordeal.
Horrible communication. Took my entire deposit. Charged me $170 for “cleaning” that I did then refused to take responsibility for not sending an itemized list of charges. Also apartment complex ripped apart and didn’t even have walls for 75% of the semester and over all just a dump of a place to live.
I'm going to try to give my opinion as honestly as possible, so it can help others in the future. I stayed at UV for 6 semesters, and while it is fine as an apartment, it does have its issues. It's generally a nice place with lots of storage and a good community, and the shuttles are a big plus. However, maintenance, parking, clean checks, and the abundance of false fire alarms drop it down several pegs for me.
