The lounges used to be the nicest of any in Rexburg. Genuinely so comfy and THE BEST for movie nights. They were my FAVORITE part about University View, especially because the living rooms are on the smaller side. Now, I moved back in this semester, and they completely SACRIFICED all comfort for "style". It looks nice I suppose, but these couches are terribly uncomfortable compared to before. Poor management, very overpriced, had difficult circumstances and were unempathic, charged 390 for white glove fees so keep in mind the fees are ludicrous
Do not waste your time or money moving here because this complex is a complete scam run by a NEW incompetent management that solves absolutely nothing. Every time you try to file a complaint, they tell you to come back another day because the manager "isn’t in," and when you finally corner them, their only response is "I’m sorry, there’s nothing I can do," shamelessly dodging any responsibility.
