It has both heating and air conditioning. But the internet connection is terrible.
I love all of the fun activities you guys have planned for all the residents at University View. I also appreciate how quickly maintenance requests are resolved. My one complaint would be the stagnant quality of the air in the hallways. I feel as though there's rarely air flow through the hallways and so everyone's perfumes and cleaners combine to make an unpleasing scent.
This place is great! The cleaning checks are nice and reasonable, they are quick to help when something isn’t working and they fix it with no fee. The only thing I don’t get or understand is how the mail works, I had a package that was supposed to be delivered and it’s very important because it has my medical stuff, but I didn’t receive it when it was supposed to be here
