This place is extremely disappointing. The staff does not listen, and they don’t seem to care about residents’ concerns. It’s very expensive to live here, especially considering how old everything is. Don’t be fooled by the “new updates” they are still poorly done and don’t fix the real issues. Overall, it’s an overpriced place with unresponsive staff, and nothing here is worth what they charge.
This apartment complex is honestly a bad place to live. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional, and they make everything more difficult than it needs to be. This place is ugly, old, and way too expensive for what you actually get. You end up paying way too much for a place that looks bad and feels outdated. The front office staff is not the best, and the service is honestly disappointing. They also claim that they made “improvements” to the gym, but that’s not true. The gym is still ugly, outdated, and missing the equipment you would expect from a gym. Nothing about it feels upgraded. Do not live here if you can avoid it. The price of the apartments is horrendous for what you actually get. In my experience here(on my 3rd and unfortunately going to have to live here a 4th due to a multi semester contract) Repairs are shoddy, painting jobs are horrendous(numerous paint patches that don't match the already ugly beige paint color)in every apartment, and even the renovated apartments are terrible(renovations appear to have been cheaply redone with flaking paint and the floor laminate tiles separating).
