DO NOT live here. The air conditioner did not work for half the year. The internet is horribly slow. They charged me $500 for having tobacco in my room. They go in your room and search for stuff to charge you for. They look for any way to charge you. DONT set up auto pay for rent if u end up living here. They will just charge ur account on file without being able to argue. They are not helpful, nothing works here. Don’t let the pictures elude you, this place is garbage, and the management is even worse. Trust me, STAY AWAY!
I've lived here for almost 2 years. The only benifits of this place is location and onsite "maitance". However, that's where the benifits end. Overpriced don't let their listing prices fool you. My share of the master is 1,300 a month. That's the price of a one bedroom apartment. This company does quarterly inspections and try to charge you for things like having candles out. Office and management sucks. The apartments aren't worth the $3,000 a month they get between three people. Gate has only been closed 1 day in the past 5 months and there is no parking for guests unless your garage is 100% empty and you only have one friend over. Electric is more expensive than they say because there is only one AC unit and it gets hot very quickly.
This place is overpriced, under delivered and overrated. The pictures may look nice, but trust me half of the townhouse is broken. Maintenence threw tape over our microwave to “fix” it and University View doesn’t even have an open phone line. The “community office” is wide open with nobody ever there. The gate is NEVER closed, so do not take that into consideration when looking at the advertisements.
