Very caring and knowledgeable vet clinic. I have been taking my senior cat here the last couple of years when she has been sick and they have been very thorough and so caring with her. They always follow up with phone calls to check in about my cats progress and to ensure that when test results etc come back from the lab, that I understand what the results mean and what can be done to help my cat. Kind, patient staff who charge reasonable rates. Lucky to have them in our Point Grey community.
I had taken my dog Chuck in for a suspected tummy ache. The doctor checked him out and gave options for how to proceed, they even recommended the less expensive option stating they saw no need at the time to have my guy under go heavy examination. They took the time to follow up the next day to see how Chuck was doing. I've recommended this veterinary clinic to co workers who have dogs as well. Great service. They also keep excellent records of vaccinations given.
The vet did such an amazing job at addressing my pups needs and the staff were super friendly! Would definitely recommend this place!
