The office staff is wonderful but I cannot get any information from Dr. Waller to actually do anything concerning my vericose veins. I had my original appointment, the doplar procedure and a follow up. After completing 3 visits and over a month later I still haven't heard what the doctor wants to do not have I actually met the man. Based on that I'd say he doesn't want to do anything other than book useless appointments. The other doctors may be wonderful but if you have to see Dr Waller I'd recommend finding someone else.
My husband went in to see Dr Freeman for a second opinion. He was fantastic and very attentive. We knew from that appointment we had made the right decision to change from Piedmont Atlanta. However on his second doctor’s appointment we were disappointed to not see Dr Freeman but to see the PA. She was okay but we he was expecting to see Dr Freeman. She told us that he would only see the doctor if there was a problem.
My wife had surgery today. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and the surgeons. They were all very friendly and very attentive to my wife's wants and needs.
