Worst experience ever getting an appointment with this practice. I called and asked to make an appointment and they transferred to someone else who conveniently has the phone going to voicemail. I called back and got the same person that transferred me and explained to her I work 3rd shift and this is the only time I could call. She rudely says either you leave a voicemail or you can go somewhere else . What has happened to customer service especially in the health care system.
Negative stars! A group of surgeons with no couth and no compassion...I work with them on a daily basis and they are all truly deplorable. I have never spoken to any other physicians that hold such a deep disdain for people performing healthcare support services. It is inconceivable that they should be so disrespectful to the people working for them. They are entitled and insufferable.
