My wife had surgery today. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and the surgeons. They were all very friendly and very attentive to my wife's wants and needs.
I would never talk bad about this place as I’ve been taking my family here for years. All the staff is lovely, but unfortunately due to some circumstances we had to see Davis Waller. This miserable man told us he had no time for us and mind you, we hadn’t even been there that long and that he had patients who were ‘more sick’ than my grandma while we were trying to discuss treatment options for her because she’s elderly and when I pointed out that what he said was inappropriate he didn’t even try to apologize. Dr. Davis Waller was very unprofessional during our experience. He came across as rude, dismissive, and lacked empathy for our situation. His behavior made us feel uncomfortable and unheard as patients. I also felt that some of his comments and actions were inappropriate and concerning. I would not recommend him to others seeking compassionate and respectful medical care.
