Revised review, University Urology Whiting Office finally did contact me. It turns out their office is open at different times on different days which is why they don't have a recording on their phone advising of office hours. There was a misunderstanding on two issues: 1) I cancelled a follow-up visit about a test and it was up to me to reschedule the follow-up, they don't do that. 2) I needed to an ultrasound of my bladder done They don't make the appointment for the ultrasound -- you have to do that. I'm 68 years old and this is the first time in my life I've given a medical practice a bad review. In this case, it's deserved. What medical practice sends a patient for a bladder test. The patient goes for thew test and never hears from the office again. I even wrote a follow-up email. No response. What would a reasonable conclusion be - they don't care. I am not difficult or obstreperous. I'm trying to find a medical of board of review to report this poor patient care as I look for a new urology group.
