DO NOT MOVE TO UNIVERSITY TRAILS!!!! Me and my bestfriend moved to University Trails August of 2024. Upon arrival, we noticed the apartment was filthy! There was trash behind the washer and dryers and the bathrooms had not been cleaned. Kimberly (property manager) told us that she had her cleaners come and clean, which was obviously a lie. Despite this, we still moved in and decided to clean it ourselves. When we began cleaning, we noticed a few roaches. Ive been here for about two years in two different units. Both were comfortable and roomates were friendly. Any maintenance issues I had were resolved quickly.
