These apartment could use some dependable maintenance staff, maybe the residents would appreciate it better and feel comfortable if maintenance would come and fix to assist the residents. I have done a major cleaning and tried to fix several things myself. The air conditioning has frozen over most of the summer and still had not been resolved the duration of the summer months. The bill did not change it still had to be paid. Overall I like the location and that it is not many apartments.
The apartments are so outdated, moldy, roach infested, and Kimberly allows anyone to walk into your apartment. They don’t knock and rarely give notice that maintenance will be coming, so often times you’d wake up to multiple men in your apartment and they’d be using your bathroom and chilling in your apartment while you could be sleeping. She does not care about the safety of the students and most times if you have an issue you have to figure it out yourself.
This a rip-off apartment management and manager. They never fixed anything and covered up mold in the bathroom. Overpaid this apartments in rent and they stole two deposits from me. Kimberly consistently lies and takes your money. She blames everything on the tenant and takes zero responsibility.
