The rent is a fair price, it is helpful to have 3 payment installment options, the maintenance responds super fast when we put in a request! overall we have had a super positive experience living here!! would definitely recommend!
Honestly it’s a great price for what you get. Maintenance is really responsive which is great. Location is great for parta bus if you don’t have a car! All around would recommend to live here! Love that you can pay the whole year in one installment for a discount on rent too
I so wish I could give this place 0 stars in the past year I've lived here it has been NOTHING short of a disaster, the maintenance people showing up time and time again telling me and my roommates that nothings wrong with our dishwasher, fridge, etc. When not even weeks later our dishwasher had MOLD in it and fridge started to freeze all of our food inside. Our AC broke and the head of maintenance basically told my roommates that "if we checked our emails, you'd know someone was coming to fix it" while it was 80 DEGREES INS... read more
