Sadly, as a Broker I have not much good to say about this title company. 18 days after closing we still don't have the full commission received. Our check is made out to an address never associated with my LLC and/or DBA name. Closing statement for a property in Vero Beach is included while the property we closed on is in Holiday and the closing statement is not executed. We agree with Allison. Closing was a disaster. Closer was going to be an hour late causing all involved to change our plans to drive an hour out of our way to complete the closing. We drove 4 hours to get to the closing. Before that, the days trying to get final numbers for the wire transfer being told our contact person was always in the hallway.
