Amazing service. Dakota and Cameron were life savers and its the best service I've ever experienced in 40 years at a repair shop.
I went to the ruckersville store and their inspection guy who’s name is Joe is not a nice guy at all. He didn’t speak. I felt like I had to replace a piece of pipe that was completely unnecessary. He didn’t bother to even fix what he said was wrong. He had other service techs trying to fix it instead of him which I find very strange and not right. Got my van towed here today, they were able to communicate during a timely manner and got me in quickly to change my tire within there last hour of closing. Cameron was very nice and held conversation nicely… felt as if no time had passed by the time my van was done. Even though I came in for one tire Cameron noticed the difference in the tires sizes and informed me which I was happy to know. Definitely recommend doing business with them.
I went in with tires in desperate need of replacing for safety. I did not have an appointment but they worked me in. Also completed my inspection and worked hard to get it done by end of day and at a good price. Dakota kept me updated at every stage and was beyond courteous as was the rest of the staff. Excellent experience.
