These guys accepted my walk-in on a snowy Wednesday and got straight to work on my tire. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The cost of repairing my tire was reasonable and the owner personally authorized a discount on additional parts needed. I'm beyond pleased with this business and plan to be customer of theirs for the foreseeable future.
The manager at University Tire , Crozet IS MY HERO! I just bought a used car for my 90 year old mother from a dealer in Harrisonburg. By the time I got home the check engine light was on! Along with the tire light ! Enter … PANIC Attack! I brought the car by the shop without even calling . He came right out and did a diagnostic himself ! 30 min later all was well and I was own my way ! Good old fashioned customer service that is a rarity today !
