I am trying to get in to see a surgeon and my first phone contact impression with this facility was horrible. The woman answering the phone was rude and impatient, and offered no help at all to someone who is sick and needed a little help navigating the process of referrals and what may have gone wrong to delay making my initial appointment.
Amazing doctors. They take good care of me and my injury.
